I would like to give a huge thanks to all those who helped me with my senior project, the Holiday Princess Pageant.
Thanks to Bob Story, John Fannin and the Daily Sun News crew for putting the amazing article in the paper, to Dan and Anthony Aguilar for setting up my sound system and recording the pageant for me, to Theresa Hancock from the Funny Farm and Lori Gardner from Melange for donating gifts for my judges, to Fashion Corner owners Irene and Rob Jochen for allowing us to use new 2010 prom dresses for decorations and for sweeping the floor, and to Lainey Rodriguez for singing our National Anthem. Thanks also to the Miss Sunnyside Court for crowning the contestants who participated and signing everyone in, and to Rebekah Paulakis and Avalon Valencia for all their help back stage lining everyone up. Thanks, too, to Amy Rubio for helping with the decorations, to Melissa Gamboa for supplying the U.S. flag, and to Kerry Turley and everyone at St. Joseph's for allowing us to use their gym. It was greatly appreciated.
Thank you to everyone who helped with clean-up, and to my mentor, Teresa Alvarez-Ziegler, for all the help and support she gave me through this endeavor, and for donating the crowns and sashes for the event.
